Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Development Engineer to join our rapidly growing team! As a Full Stack Developer, you will oversee the design, development, installation, implementation, and testing of IT Dispatch operations systems. You will work closely with analysts, and IT leads to ensure the alignment of dispatch systems with Brightspeed’ s go-to-market strategies.

As Full Stack Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Design, Develop, implement, and support the Engineering systems at Brightspeed.
• Find innovative IT solutions to field-related business problems.
• Assist business partners with solutions for Dispatch Assignments Optimization, Appointment scheduling, Technician Scheduling & forecasting
• Create UI/interfaces/APIs for technician scheduling upstream Ordering and Service Assurance systems to consume.
• Create interfaces with technician tools to consume for the Field Operations
• Innovative solutions to reduce field dispatches and optimize the technician schedule.
• Drive the addition of features to dispatch systems to enable new capabilities to the tool.
• Build and support Cloud Platform instances needed for dispatch systems.
• Support and execution for migrating legacy dispatch systems to new Brightspeed systems architecture

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/network technology/ engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Full stack development with preferably 2+ years of experience with salesforce integration.
• 5+ years of development experience with Java and its related technologies.
• 5+ years of development experience with Front-end related technologies like AngularJS, PHP, React/Redux.
• 5+ years of development experience with Database Technologies like PLSQL and MySQL.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker technologies, preferably with Azure cloud (AKS).
• Extensive experience driving software design and development for IT systems.
• Ability to understand and implement complex technical information
• Collaborative team builder with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce software
• AGILE development experience
