Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Must have - The Customer is looking for someone with Hands on IT Experience. Installing switches, Routers, Firewalls.
Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Installation / Decommission Servers and Network equipment.
• Provide hands and Feet support for all hardware equipment.
• Conduct daily maintenance and reporting.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors for maintenance and escorts
• Performs installation of Ethernet and Fiber cabling.
• Prepare equipment for shipment or disposal.
• Provide afterhours support for break/fix and project work.
• Create or update IT documentation.
• Quarterly audit of all IT infrastructure and equipment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with Client\Client servers (Client certified required within 90 days of hire) \ CompTIA Server+ \ Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.
• Experience with Network devices like Router, Switch etc. \ CompTIA Network+ \ Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.
• Experience with MSA or SAN storage \ CompTIA Storage+ \ Associates Degree, or better, in Information Technology.
• ITIL Foundation (preferred)
• Required to work on-call rotation.
• Required to perform project or break/fix afterhours.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Cisco CCENT / Juniper JNCIA-Junos /
• Comptia a+
• Comptia Network+
• Microsoft MCP
• Comptia Server+
