About The Role
We're looking for an Inventory Specialist to join the Alto Information Technology team! This is an entry level opportunity to break into the IT field, learn from experienced peers, and help support Alto as we grow.
This role is in-person, in our Denver headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Send out equipment (laptops, monitors, etc) to new employees, assist with initial account setup and onboarding, and keep our hardware inventory stocked.
- Collect equipment from off-boarded employees and reprovision/recycle machines.
- Manage the hardware logistics queue in our ticket management system and find opportunities to improve or automate team processes and documentation.
- Keep our logistics inventory management system up to date.
You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing role and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with modern hardware and software including Mac computers, Google Suite (sheets, gmail, etc), and Slack.
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
- Experience with Zendesk, Oomnitza, hardware logistics and provisioning, or JAMF/MDM is a plus!
- Interest in the IT field.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.50
- Please note this range is specific to employees working in Colorado. Salary ranges for remote candidates working outside of Colorado can be subject to regionalized compensation based on their respective work location.
