What You’ll Be Doing

The IT Manager provides IT support to Daavlin staff and IT planning for the organization in addition to providing input for creating, implementing, and continuously improving procedures with innovative IT solutions. The IT Manager is also responsible for overseeing the IT staff and directing IT activities to ensure the needs of the company are met.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Planning and executing software updates, patches and new implementations.
• Managing Daavlin’s IT infrastructure to meet current and future needs.
• Identifying problem areas and seeking solutions using knowledge of current technology trends.
• Working efficiently in interdisciplinary teams on issues such as regulatory compliance and capital improvements.
• Identifying new technical solutions and coordinating training, implementation and rollout.

Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer related discipline or equivalent experience.

• Exhibit a strong bias for action and entrepreneurial mind set
• Works collaboratively in team environment
