We need a skilled and experienced person to join our client, Axia Technology Partners, as an IT Professional Services Specialist.
On-Site role
$50k-$60k annually
In this role you will:
- Oversee current IT Systems
- Provide technical solutions for customers
- Handle Software and Hardware Upgrades
- Provide support to your team and customers in an IT Managed Services environment
Experience Needed:
- CompTIA A+
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure
- ConnectWise or similar ticket management systems
Tech Stack:
- Troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
- Windows 7/10, Mac OC, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
- Troubleshooting VoIP systems, LAN, WAN, and related devices
