The primary scope of the IT Senior Program Manager role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple projects within their program domain: Enterprise IT Infrastructure. This role will work with project managers and project teams to oversee scope, quality, and strategic alignment. The program mgr will manage selected projects as part of their core responsibilities. This role will create long range financial forecasts, program roadmap and manage interdependencies. Additionally, this role will provide status updates to senior leadership and run high visibility steering committee forums.

Responsibilities:
Immediate Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with sponsors and cross-department stakeholders.
  • Oversees all aspects of assigned programs and related sub-projects to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Strong experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experienced in multiple project methodologies, selecting the best methods for progress tracking, health metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and on-time delivery within capacity constraints.
  • Understand and translate cross-team dependencies into actionable plans.
  • Provide overall communication and interface with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders and dependent teams.
  • Takes a proactive approach to dealing with ambiguity; seeks out and creates clarity.
  • Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with team members, project sponsors and peers; is customer service focused.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Cloud, Azure, and Office 365
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN helpful
  • Strong program management skills with experience managing and delivering complex and critical programs
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing enterprise or complex IT programs and projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Skilled in prioritization. Makes the right tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope in order to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills

The annual base salary range for this position is from $106,427 to $168,223 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
