The Role
Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Delivering the flow of value by ensuring Feature priorities are aligned to the strategic priorities of Epics
Ensuring the Product Team has clarity of capacity and demand;
Provides oversight to maximize governing the flow of value through the product team and portfolio;
Ensures product decisions are in alignment with the budgets and financial guidelines;
Collaborates with Portfolio Orchestrator and ScrumMaster
Managing Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Assumptions
Ensuring the Product Team has clarity of capacity and demand;

Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience;
Master's Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience
Master's Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as an equivalent to Bachelor's Degree for Information Technology Related Positions Only:
- NNS Apprentice School graduate
- Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
- Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
- Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
- High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
- High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
- A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
