Position Title – IT Project Manager
Address – Woodland Hills CA, El Dorado Hills CA, Oakland CA - Currently remote (might go to the nearest local office for some occasional meetings)
Pay -- $79.70 - $87.23
Hours – M - F 9:00AM – 3:00PM (PST)
Contract Type – 6 months Contract (Extension Possible)

Responsibilities:

• IT Project Manager Ability to effectively manage large-scale, high-complexity projects/programs of diverse scope that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders to implement Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSA), state, and federal mandates.
• IT Project Manager Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts.
• IT Project Manager Manage project resources to meet deliverables, including forming, motivating high-performance, cross-functional Business and IT teams, which may include on and off-shore resources.

Experience/Education (MUST be included on resume):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required
• 8 -12 years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations
• Candidate must have recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff.
• Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT, as well as projects and programs that involve external providers.
• Experience transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology.
• MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tool
