Summary
To strengthen our team on the Regional IT Services we are looking for a highly qualified IT Support Specialist with a strong interest to join the global support team.
We are handling the DSV environment which currently spans +70 countries and +700 sites. We work with primarily Citrix Environment, Dell, Lexmark and Cisco equipment and solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Computer Operation (implementing and maintaining)
- Overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Understanding of Citrix
- Basic troubleshooting skills of print related issues
- Drive and Printer Mapping
- Basic understanding of Network Topology
- Network services and name resolution, TCP/IP and routing
- Access and Security in Microsoft environment, knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user and computer management tools.
- Participating in Projects both in US and cross border/continents
- Must be able to work with users face to face and remotely, and have good communication skills
- Upgrading/Migrating local offices
- Troubleshoot both local and remote printing issues
- Support multiple buildings in the area, prepared to travel in that region
Corporate Tasks
- Creating positive external and internal image, including taking care of self-appearances and workplace
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education
- Knowledge of goals, quality, environment protection, safety and working in accordance with the policy of the company
Educational background / Work experience
- Technical School, Bachelor Level in IT preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an enterprise environment
- Good knowledge of Citrix, Microsoft Office Suite, MCSE or equivalent, LAN, WAN
- CISCO VOIP a plus to have
