Starting Pay $20/ hr

Responsible for delivering a high-quality and quick response that adapts to various troubleshooting or set-up needs, ensuring employee uptime.

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues with computers, IP-based phones, Printers, and other office equipment.
• Installing and configuring new computers, IP-based phones, printers, and other office equipment.
• Maintaining a log of work done as well as actions taken to resolve the issue that prompted the ticket.
• Aiding in the deployment and configuration of new Network equipment such as Firewalls, Modems, and Network Switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues with users or networks i.e. connecting employees to the WiFi networks or ensuring their desktops have access to the internet.
• Assisting leads and managers with special projects as assigned.
• Assisting in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT supplies and equipment
• All other duties assigned

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Ability to think on your feet and display effective critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or in some cases alone
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and the use of assessment tools and documentation

Qualifications:

• 6 mo - 1 year of IT helpdesk experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including possible after-hours or weekends.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, and or Security+ preferred but not required
