Our Information Technology team is looking for an IT Support Administrator that will provide support to our various North American offices. Location focus will be supporting either the Boston or Indianapolis offices. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of applications and systems giving you exposure to the latest that enterprise technology has to offer.

Who you are:

  • Strong customer service focus combined with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ITIL based helpdesk system (We utilize ServiceNow)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience providing end user technical support
  • Self-motivation to accomplish team goals
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiar with Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, JAMF, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Workato, Meraki
  • Zoom Room experience preferred
  • Experience working with a 100% cloud environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments
  • BS/BA degree preferred

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to both PC and Mac users
  • Serve as a primary steward for your local office – while also supporting our hybrid workforce
  • Manage local A/V systems and be the local liaison for all-hands meetings
  • Manage permissions and access through: Azure Active Directory, Office 365, JAMF, and Google Workspace
  • Engage with team members within and external to IT to improve the overall IT experience
  • Work with third party vendors and solution providers
  • Occasional travel
