Objective:

This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the support systems with a strong customer focus. Systems may include Ivanti ISM, Bright Pattern, Yellow AI, Xtraction, Sailpoint and other support tools and applications. You are responsible for the systems, processes and procedures in support of the organization. You will provide administrative and analytical support to the organization. You will be responsible to set the level of effort and timelines for your projects. Through proven methods, active listening and problem solving skills, you will ensure the best support is provided to the end user.

What you need to bring:

Advanced knowledge of support tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of reading and writing code. Detail oriented and able to multitask. Ability to work individually and with your team. Willingness to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. General knowledge of databases.

• Highschool diploma/GED
• Project Management knowledge and project driven
• Ivanti ISM and or Bright Pattern knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write and read code
• Detail oriented

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work individually and with the team

• General knowledge of databases
• Technical skills for troubleshooting and thinking outside of the box
