Pacific Golf & Turf is the Northwest’s premium supplier of John Deere, EZGO Golf Carts, Rainbird Irrigation, and other products to Golf Courses and other facilities. We have an awesome opportunity for an individual who is a TEAM player. We're seeking a IT Support Specialist that is trained and a highly organized professional. We are a small company that currently outsources our IT needs. We’re looking for someone in-house who can help us create an IT foundation of our own.

Primary Responsibilities: The position will primarily be responsible for maintaining and improving the technology side of our business, keeping our systems in good working order and accessible to staff within the organization.
JOB DETAILS:
- Supports and assists employees in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer network and hardware systems.
- New user computer setup
- Help desk support
- Make suggest modifications and corrections to existing software applications.
- Train employees in use of new hardware or software
- Purchasing assets for the support of the company’s technology needs (computers, modems, etc.)
- Participate, develop, and manage the development of IT budgets and infrastructure.
- Evaluate, research, and propose new developments for system enhancements.
- Strengthen eCommerce efforts for Amazon and eBay.
- Implement or work with vendors on development of eCommerce website.
- Work with current vendors on Network, Phone systems, etc.
- Implementation of all necessary materials for potential new locations.
- Maintain IT security.
- This position supports multiple office locations. Some travel between locations will be required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Management, or a related area.
- Broad knowledge of IT experience, with Network/Systems required.
- The qualified candidate should have strong customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable with technology, performing installations, maintenance, and updates on various IT equipment.
- Should have general knowledge of troubleshooting IT related issues (PC, Smart Phones, iPads, tablets, printers, etc.).
- General computer software knowledge is a MUST.
- Must work well in a team environment and must be a self-starter.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour DOE
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt, Hourly
- Full time position – 5 days per week
- Hours: Day shift
- Benefits package available, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. In addition, a 401(k) plan with company match. Also, holiday, vacation, and sick leave.
