IT Technician- Entry Level

Type: Part-time, Temporary (On site)

Location: Cannon AFB (Clovis, NM)

Position Summary: Information Technology Technician will maintain an IT capability to maintain and troubleshoot IT systems in accordance with local policy and guidance.

Requirements:

• Experience level: Entry Level
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Excellent attention to DETAIL and be able to manage cables & wires with Velcro or cable management trays to keep desks clean.
• Sharp Professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Power on and test all setups to make sure monitors are in correct orientation and mouse tracks between multiple monitors.
• Maintaing working components through repair or replacement.
• Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties.
• Maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting all software and hardware issues, replacing components, and performing updates.
• Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges.
