Janitor/Custodian is a job classification CRE Janitor is assigned to 1st shift and is paid $22.92. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

• Responsible for cleaning all restrooms in the plant.
• Responsible for cleaning the breakrooms and change rooms
• Responsible for cleaning the floors in the office areas and emptying wastebaskets
• Clean the main entrance to the mill, the stairway and the reception area.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and paper supplies for restrooms.
• Maintain sufficient amounts of hand cleaner and paper products in all restrooms
• Perform other duties including heat treatements and fumigation of rail cars
• Cleaning of trash receptacles. Removal of trash and recyclying
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
• Must be able to proficiently verbally communicate, read, and write in English for the purposes of record keeping and quality training and processes.
• Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
• Need to be capable of working in varying climates and environment.
• Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules.
• Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.
• Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures. Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
• Must secure a current Nebraska Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
• Must pass Pulmonary Function test and test fit for respirator.
