JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain Midmark campus both within and around all buildings by performing general housekeeping duties along with assisting Maintenance with general maintenance tasks. Guard property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Clean and sweep floors within the plants using floor sweeper and scrubber
• Empty trash and cardboard containers and operate the compacter
• Outside trash pickup
• Perform snow removal
• Licensed to operate motor vehicle
• Operate Powered Industrial equipment including powered industrial trucks, skid loaders, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Answer questions and assist subcontract cleaning crews
• Knowledgeable in procedures and safety measures
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures

SECONDARY DUTIES:

• N/A

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required. Proficient with MS Office suite.

Pay starting at $17/hour!
