Position Overview:

If you're passionate about jewelry, we want to hear from you! SmithBox needs professionals to provide several services: excellent training, jewelry design assistance, and monitoring production service standards throughout our client base. Maintain jewelry designs in an efficient and profitable manner, increase revenues through customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by supporting and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Passion for the jewelry industry
  • Attention To Detail
  • Provide excellent designs, support and experience training all performed on the SmithBox family of tools
  • Organize, schedule and conduct demos and onboarding, thereby creating engaged customers
  • Problem Solving Skills - take ownership of customers designs and service issues, following problems through to resolution
  • Follow established procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer designs, actions and discussions
  • Manage and steward client design projects from inception to delivery
  • Apply best practices and contribute towards our culture of continuous improvement
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Skills

  • Knowledge of jewelry helpful
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and especially listening
  • Strong time management and accountability talents, with the ability to assess, prioritize and complete the requested tasks
  • Proven working experience as a designer, project manager, service manager, trainer and/or providing excellent customer experience
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Critical thinking and great problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative approach and team player
  • Working knowledge of software, databases and tools
  • Willingness to cross-train and perform duties in ANY functional group where help is needed, not just in design
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • College degree preferred or experience in the jewelry industry
  • Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • This is an ONSITE position in Provo, UT
  • This is a FULL TIME position. Do not apply if you are looking for less than 40 hours a week or attending school.

Job Type: Full-time (8am-5pm)

Pay: From $17-20.00 per hour
