Job Location : San Antonio, TX USA (Day 1 Onsite)

Job description :

Client is looking for talented cloud developer or lead. Candidate will work closely with technologists from P&C domains and Architects group to create architecture for legacy mainframe and distributed applications and help migrate them to private and public cloud. Candidate will focus on the development and provide mentorship on emergent technical teams. Candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud architectures (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and deep interest and experience in broad enterprise platforms and cloud patterns. What they do :

Proficient with Rest API development using J2EE(JaxRS or RESTeasy or Jersey) or spring boot

Thorough understanding of YAML file and JSON payloads

Hands on experience of defining Deployment, ReplicaSet, Pod, namespace and service objects in Kubernets

Hands on experience with defining AWS ECR pipeline

Hands on experience with deploying application to AWS EKS and be able to work with AWS S3 bucket and AWS Aurora DB

Should be able to troubleshoot the application using AWS Cloudwatch logs

Basic understanding on AWS lambda function development using any programming language

Terraform with AWS

Hands on experience with AWS Lambda development and deployment.

AWS VPC & subnets, AWS KMS<, AWS IAM Roles & Policies, AWS STS

Candidate with application development using OpenShift

Candidate with Batch application development using JSR batch framework or Spring Batch framework
