Job description
As a Graphic Designer at Dynamic Yield, you will be working alongside senior designers on our creative team to design visual materials for our digital marketing initiatives. You will be an integral part of the marketing team - brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating across the department and company to bring projects to life from concept to execution. We’re looking for people with a strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and an interest in marketing.

- Create design layouts and/or edit a broad range of graphical marketing materials, including event pitch decks, digital banners,additional print/digital graphic design related content and others using a variety of design software tools
- Brainstorm with marketing team and ability to collaborate with various teams to conceptualize creative
- Some print design work may be needed as well
- Support various marketing initiatives and client campaigns.
- Exceed client expectations.
- Drive to take initiative and work well under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take on new tasks and challenges as needed by marketing department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, digital design, visual arts, or other related field
- 1 year of experience working as a Digital Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing experience in creating engaging and graphically compelling visuals to translate complex business/technical solutions
- Design experience across digital channels, must have experience creating designs for marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and conceptual design
- Ability to understand and interpret company brand guidelines
- Experience working with digital platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or Canva
