Looking for an Jr. Event Liaison to join the team at the Historic Event Venue, La Venta Inn.
Primary responsibilities would include but not be limited to . . .
- Conduct tours of the Event Venue
- Assist with organizing all event details
- Contribute during weekly Production Meetings concerning all events coming up in the next 10 days
- Communicate with vendors and collect required documents
- Offer constant hospitality while on property
- Open or close as the venue representative during some events on property
Important Attributes of ideal candidate:
- Positive and cheerful demeanor
- Can-do personality
- Willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Flexible schedule, weekend and evening availability
- Lives within close proximity of the property (~15 Miles)
- Highly organized
- Loves events
$22/hour, HEA (Health Stipend), 401K Matching Funds
