M Culinary concepts, a 2022 Top Company to Work For, is searching for the next fun and enthusiastic risk-taking Rebel. We are seeking an Junior Event Producer whose passion for excellence rivals their hunger for phenomenal food.
Day in the life of a Junior Event Producer:
This position will support the Event Producers in a variety of ways. You will serve as the main point-of-contact for internal communication with our culinary and operations teams. You will communicate with our 3rd party vendors to place/update orders and invoice post-event. You will use our Caterease software to update BEOs to ensure all parties involved receive the necessary information for a successful event. You will work in systems to keep you and the team organized such as AllSeated, HubSpot, and Outlook. Some night/weekend onsite event support will be required. You will learn about all facets of event production and assist the Event Producer in creating customized experiences that surpass expectations.
