Job description

We are looking for new family law associates to join our team and help us handle our explosive growth. We are not like other law firms. We are innovative and entrepreneurial in every respect. Our firm focuses on family law. We are passionate about helping our clients through their most difficult trials when their families are at risk. If you are interested in growing professionally and personally in an environment that promotes growth both in a collegial atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you.

We have built our solid reputation by taking care of our clients, which we couldn't do without a dynamite team to help us. We are dedicated to providing a workplace that you will love. Law is mentally and physically tough, but with the right team, staff support, and positive atmosphere, you will be able to provide your clients with top-notch service they deserve while feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments.

We value our attorneys. We want you to succeed and to have a fantastic legal career. We want employees for life. The attorney will carry a reasonably sized caseload, with the expectation that he or she will provide service that surprises. We expect our attorneys to focus on the mission to develop stronger families by empowering clients to make healthy choices. That is almost impossible with attorneys on the verge of burnout. We need you happy - we like you happy - and we'll do our darnedest to help you develop a healthy work-life balance.
