The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on creative with plenty of digital experience reflected in their portfolio, strong conceptual skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and an expert understanding of paid marketing channels. . The primary function of this position is to provide creative concepts, design, production services, and project management in support of the Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will consistently deliver powerful and compelling, clean and modern, digital and print creative that clearly communicates the brand and effectively engages target audiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, advertisement, packaging, and social media graphics for communication and marketing campaigns
- Review final products for any errors or defects to ensure final prints meet company standard
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Perform retouching and image manipulation as needed
- Regularly work within Adobe Suite and other pieces of graphic design software
- Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines
- Communicate any necessary changes with Marketing Directors for final approval
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or digital art
- 1 years experience as a Graphic Designer
- Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
- Must have a digital portfolio
- Knowledge of layouts, fundamental graphics, print, and web design
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
