Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist lead installer with kitchen remodeling tasks including new cabinet installation, cabinet refacing / re-dooring.
- Transport all necessary job materials to jobsite as needed in Kitchen Tune-Up vehicle.
- Setup floor and other protection at start of job.
- Demolition / removal of kitchen cabinets, doors, hardware as required at each job.
- Demolition of backsplash and flooring as required at each job.
- Keep work area and customers’ homes clean and orderly and clean up daily.
- Strong work ethic
- Current NJ driver’s license and ability to drive Kitchen Tune-Up van.
- Must have a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required.
- Willingness to pitch in and help with tasks such as cleanup, trash disposal etc.
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to interact with customers on a friendly and professional level.
Hands on, on the job training will be provided for the right candidate who can bring a positive, can-do attitude to support our team of installers in the field.
