We are seeking a highly experienced Animal Care Professional to join our leadership team as Kennel Manager. The Kennel Manager is responsible for the daily running of Preppy Pet They are responsible for answering phone calls and emails, checking guests in and out, and booking reservations. They ensure all charges and information are correct in the software. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kennel technicians along with hiring, training and scheduling. In addition, they are responsible for monitoring the well-being of all pets in their care, ensuring adequate record keeping and monitoring of feeding schedule. The manager will ensure that laundry, cleaning, bathing and other tasks are completed in a timely basis. Minimum Requirements Prior Animal Care Experience. Knowledge of dog and cat body language and behavior. General animal care and handling experience. You are required to ensure staff receives information from the previous shift and then communicate information to the next shift. Must be knowledgeable with computers and basic math Required experience 6 months to one year of Manager experience. 1+ years Boarding Facility/ Kennel Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
