Job description
Trinity is seeking to hire a temporary Trinity Kids Coordinator to coordinate all Trinity Kids events including Sunday mornings as well as assist in Trinity Kids administrative duties.
Preparing for and Helping Execute Trinity Kids Sundays & Events
- Ensure classrooms are ready for Sundays, including all materials needed
- Physical preparation for all Trinity Kids events outside of Sundays including but not limited to Kids Small Groups, baptisms class, 4th/5th Grade Game Night, Camp, Christmas Pageant, and Spring Retreat
- Assist in running Sunday morning services as well as all Trinity Kids events
- Ensure that classrooms and storage spaces are organized & clean
- Monitor and order supplies for Trinity Kids bookstore
- Ensure all safety procedures and supplies are kept up-to-date in classrooms
Volunteer Organization and Care
- Volunteer organization including all necessary pre-service preparation as well as scheduling
- Keeping volunteers up-to-date on background checks and MinistrySafe training
- Volunteer care
Content Creation
- Some creating of Trinity Kids content — for instance, Sunday morning activities to go with lessons or Small Group activities
