Job description
Megan Collective a boutique restaurant group located in Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware is currently seeking a detail oriented kitchen assistant.
This role takes a detailed person to make sure the food is prepared correctly, looks great, matches guests' expectations, and goes out to the correct table. Duties also include, but not limited to, plating desserts, running food, cleaning tables, polishing plates and glasses, and other general restaurant help.
We have several locations: La Fable and Houston & White in Rehoboth and Bramble & Brine at the Buttery in Lewes.
This position is open at La Fable Restaurant in Rehoboth Beach. Small and cozy French fine-dining bistro with supportive family-feel environment.
Kitchen and other restaurant experience is welcomed but not necessary. The most important qualities we are looking for are an ability to work in a fast-pace always changing environment, good attitude, team work, and willingness to learn new things!.
