ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and sanitize machinery, kitchen equipment, wipe down walls, vents, light fixtures, trash cans as well as deep clean hoods.
• Transport tools and equipment between departments, including positioning ladders to facilitate cleaning of structures when needed.
• Mix chemical cleaning solutions and use for cleaning

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
• Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED
• One-year Food & Beverage cleaning experience and/or training
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card
