We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Retail Manager for our team in Poplarville, MS. As a Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
- Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
- Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- 2+ years’ food service experience.
- Proven track record of financial responsibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
