Lab Tech Aide
Altavista VA (Onsite Role- Need local Candidates)
6 month contract with high possibility of extension
Pay rate: $15/hr - $19/hr.
We are looking for an Lab Tech Aide to join one of our Fortune 500 client’s projects in Altavista VA. Provide onsite May also set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for research or process control. Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests and makes qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases
Required skills:
- Must possess diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level, no experience required
Responsible:
- Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests and makes qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases.
- May also set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for the tests, research, or process control.
- Must possess diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level, no experience required.
- Laboratory Aide position is Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm.
- This position also has the possibility to become a permanent employee by being on time, show a desire to learn, working well with teammates and following all Abbott guidelines. This position usually does not work overtime.
- Temp to perm potential. Extractions.
Education:
Must have HS science and/or college level science courses.
