Requirements for consideration:

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Years of Experience:

• One year of experience required.
• 1- 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment or as a phlebotomist preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others to optimize job performance and foster working relationships.
• To help achieve our mission, you will ensure accurate specimen processing to maintain specimen integrity and verify product and/or test components when processing.
• Managing specimen accessioning accurately and efficiently to provide quality specimens for Laboratory testing is of vital importance.
• Performing proper specimen collection by confirming patient identification, collecting specimens in proper tubes, utilizing venipuncture/capillary techniques and accurately labeling the specimens to ensure accurate patient results is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
