STRAIGHT LINE ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION has been in business since 1999, is thriving, and is looking to add a few great people! Our work is in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Come in as an entry level laborer and LEARN VALUABLE TRADES while doing LOCAL WORK.

Straight Line Construction is ranked in the TOP 5 ROOFING CONTRACTORS in California and in the TOP 100 ROOFING CONTRACTORS in the Nation!

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

• have a current and valid Driver's License?
• have previous physical labor experience? Some construction or roofing experience is a plus!
• have the ability to work on roofs at extreme heights and temperatures?
• have the ability to lift heavy materials up and down ladders?
• have the motivation, positive attitude to learn, and drive?
• have the ability to continually balance, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, and stoop?
• adhere to OSHA Compliance and Safe Work Practices?
• pass Observed Drug Testing to California Standards?

COMPENSATION IS PIECEWORK ON TOP OF THESE BASE RATES + BENEFITS:

• Entry Level Laborer: $18/hour, no experience.
• Depending on Experience: $20.00/hour
• And opportunities to transfer to and be trained in other trades!
