Position: Ladies Locker Room Server/Order Taker & Turn Attendant
Reports To: Locker Room Manager
Supervises: No supervisory duties included in this Position
Essential Functions:
· Report to work in proper uniform and well groomed at scheduled time.
· Take care of members' and guests' clothes, golf shoes, street shoes and other needs in the Locker Room areas.
· Serves beverages and food to members and guests.
· Helps with care and maintenance of the Locker Room and Fire Pit to keep everything in top condition at all times.
· Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages and cocktails when required.
· Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance at all times.
· Provide equal and immediate attention to all members/guests upon arrival
· Take member orders and place orders with kitchen or bar as needed.
· Inform cooks about any special cooking instructions
· Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage products that are offered and how they are prepared.
· Verify accuracy of member number and prices before presenting the check for signature.
· Effectively handle member concerns and communicate them to manager or supervisor immediately.
· Work with a “sense of urgency” on behalf of the membership without disrupting the atmosphere of the locker room.
· Make popcorn in the popcorn machine and prepare other snacks
· Assist in keeping bar, dining, prep, and Fire Pit area neat and clean
· Comply to all Club food and beverage service standards.
· Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
· Proper use of POS system (Jonas) to ensure accurate communication between kitchen, bar and service staff
· Responsible for restocking supplies at the beginning of the shift
· Perform Porter and Housekeeping duties as requested.
· Assist in maintaining Locker Room & Lounge areas clean and in order.
· Assist with shoe care and assures accurate member/guest shoe delivery.
· Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
· Cross trains and works / assists in other areas of the club as needed
· Will sometimes be required to drive a golf cart on property and in the neighborhood

Other Responsibilities:
· Submit all cash tips according to the Pooling Tip Policy
· Treat all members and guests equally and according to Club standards at all times
Special Requirements:
· Must know menu thoroughly and proper food presentation and service
· Must keep personal and confidential information confidential
· Basic knowledge of wines, spirits and beer
· Must possess an outgoing personality
· Must possess honesty and integrity
· Must be courteous and tactful at all times
· Must treat others with kindness and respect
· Ability to effectively communicate to members, guests and staff in pleasant and professional manner
· Must be able to speak English clearly and understand members’ wants and how to serve them.
· Must be able to write legibly and accurately.
· Must have professional, neat and clean appearance
· Must appear for work on time and follow schedule
· Ability to interact well with co-workers
· Ability to understand and follow posted rules and procedures
· Must follow directions from a supervisor
· Must have valid TABC certification
· Must have a flexible Schedule
· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Independent mobility through clubhouse.
· Able to work with gas and light a fire at the pit.'
