  • Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with co-workers, clients, and general public
  • Able to pass background check
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items over 50 pounds, bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
  • 6 months landscaping experience is preferred, but not required.

* General knowledge of landscape prep and demolition, hauling and spreading rock and organic material, mulching, edging, tilling, grading, planting, digging trenches, laying pipe, installing drippers, tamping, etc.

* Safe use of hand and/or power tools or equipment such as paver saw, electric saw, nail gun, shovels and wheelbarrows, to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties.

  • Specialized skills such as installing irrigation and low-voltage lighting, building retaining walls, seat walls, laying walkways and patios (flagstone and paver), installing water features, sod and synthetic turf is a plus.
  • Brickwork and/or concrete experience is a super plus!
  • Communicate with Supervisor to ensure job and trucks are organized and fully stocked, equipment is fully operational and ready, and sufficient resources and materials are readily available so the project can keep moving forward smoothly.
  • Perform other duties as required – pitching in to assist your team members, and going with the flow. Flexibility is key!
  • We give raises based upon experience and performance.

We also offer health benefits in the form of a Health Reimbursement Account, which you’re eligible for after 30 days. Paid Time Off accumulates after 30 days.
