Landscape crew members are responsible for performing landscape maintenance on commercial and residential properties as directed by the Operation Manager

-Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides
• Apply fertilizer to enhance growth.
• Sweep and blow walkway of debris.
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures and minor repairs on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
• Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed
• Ability to lift 50lbs and in physical condition for outdoor labor
• Using commercial lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers
• Ability to be a team player and be flexible to work on different crews when needed

-Must provide Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Alien Registration Card
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Clean DMV record and valid Drivers License not required, but beneficial for moving up
-Ability to speak English/Spanish is a plus

Position is Monday to Friday, 6:30AM start, 40 hours/week
Experience in the field preferred, but not required. We will train the right person
Salary depends on experience.

• Capacidad para levantar 50 libras y en condición física para el trabajo al aire libre
• Uso de cortadoras de césped comerciales, herbicidas, podadoras de setos, sopladoras
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y ser flexible para trabajar en diferentes equipos cuando sea necesario

-Debe proporcionar comprobante de ciudadanía estadounidense o tarjeta de registro de extranjero
-Transporte confiable hacia y desde el trabajo
-No se requiere un registro limpio del DMV y una licencia de conducir válida, pero es beneficioso para ascender
-La capacidad de hablar inglés / español es una ventaja

La posición es de lunes a viernes, inicio a las 6:30 a.m., 40 horas a la semana
Se prefiere experiencia en el campo, pero no se requiere. Vamos a entrenar a la persona correcta
