We are seeking the best Landscape Foreman that wants to grow!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player to lead a crew in completion of various landscape maintenance accounts and projects. Must be eager to learn, grow and teach others. Be able to motivate and lead 2-3 team members in the completion of exceptional service on Commercial accounts in all aspects of the landscape maintenance profession effectively and tactfully.

Must have experience in all areas including lawn maintenance, proper pruning techniques, mulch installation and spring and fall cleanups. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, and co-workers. Looking to grow into field supervisor or operations manager role within 24-36 months. Driver's license required with no DUI or excessive tickets.

Hours: 40-50 hours per week in March - April Mon - Fri some Saturdays, 40-45 hours Mon - Thurs unless rain delays May- October with some OT available. No Winter Layoff! Snow work and training in the winter.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
