Are you an experienced Sales Representative who loves working with plants and designing landscapes? Do you have a passion for closing sales and providing excellent customer service? The Standard Design Group seeks an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our range of plants, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, water features, and other products and services, offering revolving credit financing options, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell our products and services while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Design and create landscape dreams with our clients
• Communicate effectively with different departments within the company
• Ask for reviews to promote positive feedback and boost the reputation of the company
• Be willing to learn new things and be open to new ideas
• Use organizational skills to keep track of sales, client information, and follow-up activities

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of plants and landscaping preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience using email and office programs like Google Docs and Sheets
• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Lake Arrowhead, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Plant/ Tree/ Landscape: 1 year (Preferred)
