Hello! We're Pocono Rentals & Management - property managers specializing in short vacation stays (think: Airbnb!). Our clients are the homeowners and part of our job is to make sure their homes are property taken care of. And in this case, that entails making sure the exterior of the homes are up to standard and properly maintained!

This is a new position for us as we have historically contracted our the landscaping responsibilities, but due to our growth (85 homes and counting!) we are looking to in-house it and bring on a new team member! This is where you come in...

This role will be a blend between evergreen responsibilities and one-off tasks. Let's break it down!

Evergreen Responsibilities:

• Landscaping (summer) - mow the lawns, wack the weeds. We'd aim to have you in a neighborhood for the various days of the week
• Leaf Collection, Power Washing, Gutters (Fall) - Fall tasks, making sure everything is looking proper!
• Snow Removal - plowing, shoveling, salting, all that good stuff!
• Power Washing, Gutters, Painting (Spring) - Spring tasks, much like the Fall

One-Off Tasks:
This is more random. Might be trash removal, assembling furniture, picking up rental packets, and more. Nothing too complicated, but helping us with our overall operations :)

Some tasks will need to be completed on the weekends (especially in the winter), but we will work to ensure your weeks hover around 40-50 hours.

Requirements:

• Use of Employee Vehicle - employee will be required to use their own vehicle (at least on the outset). We will provide other equipment
• Plowing Experience - we are looking to hire someone who has plowed driveways before. Must have previous experience.

Compensation: Overall compensation will be $50-55k/year, a combination of salary and revenue share from the companies overall operations. We will also reimburse for gas.
