ICC Realty has an opportunity for a seasonal employee to learn about property services and maintenance through hands on experience. This job includes basic building repairs, cleaning, painting, landscaping, and more! These skills will be put to use at our rental properties, keeping them in good shape for the future and making them look their best for tenants and customers.

This is a seasonal position only for the summer of 2023. Open to part-time or full-time hours.

Essential Functions

- Performing building repairs and maintenance to ensure good physical condition of property

- Learning and performing routine plumbing and lighting work, equipment assembly, and repair work

- Participating in cleaning, painting, and preparing vacant properties for rent

- Mowing, trimming, and landscaping trees and bushes while removing debris as needed

- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High school education or equivalent

- Basic computer skills

- Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions

- Valid Driver’s License

- Customer Service skills
