As the Last Mile Delivery Manager, you will help define the best-in-class fulfillment and delivery experience to our customers. You will own the Last-Mile process from end-to-end through our delivery, digital, and store channels. You’ll play a key role in growing and nurturing the process-improvement culture within the organization to ensure our delivery execution is to the highest standard.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build a business case to bring our own delivery services in-house as well as defining who can be our white label carrier to increase expansion.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and own end-to-end the Last-mile unit costs strategy to meet targets

• Implementing a new OMS solution and rollout to our fulfillment locations
• Establishing and building carrier relationships to achieve key delivery performance and quality metrics
• Maintain all aspects of the last-mile vendors including sourcing, contracting & required documentation
• Manage the service to drive us to profitability

• Manage transportation operations around inventory deployment plans to ensure flawless execution

• Manage local, ground, and curbside delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ year of experience on supply chain, logistics or last mile delivery
• Order Management Systems experience
• Travel up to 30%
• Process-oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
• Data oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong leadership with effective communication
• Self-Starter capable of working independently and making decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent team management skills specifically with last mile delivery teams
• Excellent knowledge of the last mile and logistics market in the US market
