Charlevoix Property Maintenance company looking to fill a full time position for lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, hardscape, irrigation and general property maintenance responsibilities along with snow plow and snow removal in the winter months.

Pay based on experience and skills - mechanical aptitude and landscaping experience will get you more $/hour. Experience preferred but not required - will train the right person if you have a good attitude. Don't waste time applying if you cannot show up on time to work and aren't committed to actually having a job.

Must provide proof of active drivers license and clean driving record.

Potential signing bonus for experienced applicants with a 1 year working commitment.

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

• 8AM

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
