THE FULL-TIME LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Apply fertilizer, pesticide treatments, core aeration, and lawn over-seeding to customer properties
- Meet with current and prospective customers
- Provide lawn care quotes
- Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded)
- Observe and report lawn conditions to customers
- Complete daily invoice and truck checkout procedures
- Assist the administrative team with winter data entry
- Participate in sales and sales training
- Participate in the acquisition of new clients through independent lead generation
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Clean driving record with valid state driver’s license
- Professional appearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Ability to acquire pesticide applicator license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
