Korpi Lawn & Landscape is seeking Lawn Maintenance Laborers to join our team. A laborer in this position is responsible for fulfilling the maintenance needs of our customers properties per their maintenance contract. Korpi Lawn & Landscape provides their employees with seasonal work or year round employment based off of employee's needs and wants. Requirements:

· Available for seasonal long hours and weekends

· Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background

Clients, contractors, vendors, designers, employees

· Punctual and dependable

· Polite and courteous

· Must have the ability to work in the rain and extreme temperatures

· Ability to lift, pull and push up to 125lbs, carry materials, bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance

· Ability to walk at a brisk pace and work in a kneeling position for extended periods of time.

· Always uphold company policy and procedure and standard of conduct

· Ability to follow direction

· Always keep equipment in good working order.

o Blades sharp, equipment greased, lubricated, fueled… Plain and simple MAINTAINED and in good working order

· Other duties as they may arise

Compensation:

• Pay is to be DOE
• Pay range is 18.00-21.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
