Job description
· Provide therapy or counseling to individuals, groups, and families.
· Participate in the recruitment, referral, selection and approval process for program participants
· Monitor client engagement and ensure continity of care for clinical patients
· Ensure adequate attendance to weekly clinical meetings to for compliance, treatment, and house keeping, and professional development trainings
· Ensure documentation: assessments, treatment plans, prior authorizations, progress notes, safety planning, LOS, CANS/ANS, and discharge planning are current and comply with the BOTH Clinic and Medicaid policies and procedures
· Provide Written criteria for medical necessity and quality documentation within case load
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of billable and non-billable services agency policy
· Provide culturally competent implementation of evidenced based practices
· Assist and support agency fundraising activities
· Must interact with all program coordinators and managers on programmatic activities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
