A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC has immediate openings for part time (moving to a full time ASAP) fully licensed clinicians. Due to our current need, we are ONLY looking for an LCSW or LMFT. Our agency is committed to working together with children, teens, adults, and families, focusing on their unique, therapeutic journeys to ‘turn over a new leaf’ toward more stable, healthier, & happier futures. We are looking for a self-motivated, task oriented and compassionate self-starters to join our team. Ideal candidates would look to be a key player as we continue to build our steadily growing therapy clinic. Scope of Work

The Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing patient care in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Essential tasks include:

• Responsible for securing a biopsychosocial history from the patient and relevant family members/others, assessment and ongoing monitoring of mental status, recording of findings and diagnostic determinations
• Evaluates mental health care needs of the patient and develops a plan to meet these needs
• Makes appropriate referrals for medical and psychiatric evaluations
• Makes appropriate referrals for needed community supports
• Provides appropriate, best practice clinical interventions to address patient’s mental health needs
• Maintains current billing and clinical medical records to ensure data is entered appropriately and accurately in accordance with A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC’s policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy. Approval and licensure by appropriate North Carolina Board. Due to increase in clients, we are ideally looking for a candidate who is already credentialed with insurance.

Location – Fayetteville, NC

Hours of operation: 9-6 M-F

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
