Joyce Factory Direct is adding a Lead Generation Director for our Marketing Department! We're looking for somebody to handle the execution of new marketing systems. We intend to empower you to create the best lead generation programs you can with some oversight of current lead generation programs. Ideally, we're looking for an implementer, not a thinker. Everyone has ideas on how to generate new leads, we're looking for an expert to actually design and build these departments and follow up on the results of them. Someone who doesn't stop at identifying the solution to a problem but carries out the work to see that problem solved!
· Developing and implementing lead generation strategies and tactics that meet an organization’s business goals
· Experience with some form of direct contact marketing a must
· Experience Building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
· Experience with digital and direct response marketing
· Monitoring competitor activity in the marketplace to identify new opportunities for business growth
· Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that all leads are followed up on efficiently
· Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated
· Developing new lead generation strategies based on changing market conditions and customer needs
· Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, web, and social media outreach
· Work with marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead generation campaigns
· Manage budget for lead generation campaigns and track ROI
· Stay up to date on latest lead generation practices and tools
· Develop processes and systems to streamline lead generation activities
· Monitor and report on progress of lead generation campaigns
· Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead generation campaigns
· Provide feedback to marketing team to improve future campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
