• Babysitting is NOT considered childcare experience.

We are looking for 3 fun, creative, passionate, and energetic Early Childhood professionals to join our team of staff. Below are the job responsibilities/duties outlined for these individuals:

• Creating a safe learning environment for the students
• Planning daily lesson plans and activities aligning with the particular age group
• Provide basic care for the students
• Evaluate each child's progress as required
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Effectively manage classroom behaviors
• Work with co-workers to accomplish our overall goal of providing a safe learning environment for each student
• Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources

Skills:

• Planning onsite and offsite activities for students aligning with lesson plans
• 2+ years of childcare experience in a licensed facility
• Using both Google Docs and Word
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must have or be able to pass a criminal background check issued by LDOE
• Strong supervision skills

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Early Childhood (REQUIRED)
• CPR Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
