We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Lead Manager, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis: DOCG Team to join our Data Operations team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA- HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Data Operations are looking to hire a Lead Manager, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis: within the DOGC team which is responsible for several areas including business reporting, budget control & management, business continuity management and development & deployment of continuous process improvement initiatives.

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to compile & analyze data and present to senior management. Interrogation & monitoring of monthly management reporting including Board Reports, Management Dashboards, MIS, KPI & KRI information.
  • Lead the continued evolution of the Data Operations Risk Culture, including coordinating the DO response to Audit points and actions
  • Manage and lead a team, ensuring staff have clear objectives and up to date job descriptions relevant to their current role.
  • Prompt identification, escalation, and resolution of any performance issues within the team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Degree/equivalent third level education
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Funds Industry – previous Operations experience preferable,
  • Excellent communication skills, and a proactive and focused attitude to work
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and strong team leading skills.

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.3-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred.
