MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A LEAD PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PERSON
As our new Lead Property Maintenance Person, you take care of ensuring that all hotel cabins and buildings are kept in excellent repair. You make recommendations to the GM regarding necessary repairs and upkeep, and you work closely with your team to hit property goals and objectives. Your day-to-day tasks generally include overseeing maintenance staff, managing team schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard. As a member of The Hibernation Station team, you can expect a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and learning!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PERSON
- Cabin maintenance experience or the willingness to go through company-paid training on the subject (preferred)
