Guidepoint Global, LLC is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer in the New York area to design, build, & maintain a test automation framework. This person will automate test cases as well as design/develop/ execute reusable & maintainable automated scripts.

Minimum Technical Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with writing test scripts from scratch for manual testing and understand a variety of testing techniques (Agile Waterfall, SCRUM), performance/load testing
  • Strong experience in automated testing practices & tools – Selenium, QTP/UFT, or other similar tools & Web Service testing
  • Good understanding of the SDLC
  • Strong hands-on programming skills with an object-oriented language
  • Exposure to a ticketing system
  • In-depth knowledge of SOA frameworks, processes, strategies, & approaches

Required Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in an engineering discipline required
  • 4 years of experience in an engineering role & leading automation engineers

What We Offer:

The annual base salary for this position is $118,518. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
